Tried this at my place in Buffalo three nights ago because I was too lazy to dig out the baking sheet, and the thing came out with one black corner and a doughy center. Turns out the right rear of my oven runs about 50 degrees hotter than the rest, which I never noticed with sheets under everything. So what do you all use to actually map out your oven's hot spots, or do you just rotate everything halfway and hope?
