Small correction: smoke alarms usually go off from smoke, not from a fire, so yours was just doing its job! Most of the time it is burnt crumbs or grease smoking on the bottom of the oven, not an actual blaze. Thursday is pretty good though, my first try at bread set mine off before the dough even went in.
