Hold up, I see this totally different. That snoring isn't just about relaxing, it shows the barber did their job right. When @jamesf41 wondered about the break being an excuse, I believe it's the opposite. The hot towel has a real use, it softens the skin for a smoother shave. The client dozing off means the barber created a calm setting to work in. It turns the whole service into something effective, not just a show.
