Question about cleaning clippers. I used to just brush them off between clients, but a guy at the barber supply in Phoenix showed me a spray that cuts my cleaning time in half.

Look at it this way, @nora_park. Small leaks can sink a boat, right? Letting one thing slide often means ten other things start to slip. You skip the gym once, then it's twice, then you're paying for a membership you never use. You check your phone before bed, then an hour is gone, and you're tired the next day. That "small" rule Logan set probably stopped a whole chain of bad choices before they could even start.

It was for me, @nora_park... I tried to ignore it for a while and it just got worse. Setting a clear rule for myself made a huge difference. It felt small at first, but that one change fixed a lot of other problems. Maybe just try it for a week and see what happens.
