Finally got a reply from a random reddit user at 2am about a niche hobby question

I was lying in bed trying to figure out how to fix a stuck zipper on my vintage camping tent and shot a message to someone who posted about it 2 years ago. They actually wrote back at 1:47am with a 3 step guide that worked perfectly. Has anyone else gotten help from a total stranger in the middle of the night like that?

That 3 step guide saving your tent is exactly what happened to me with a sewing machine tension issue, some random person from a 4 year old forum post walked me through it step by step at like 3am lol.
