Night shift schedule crushed me, made my bedtime routine totally weird
Two weeks ago I switched from days to nights at the plant in Tulsa, and my phone now turns into a podcast graveyard around 7 a.m. instead of my usual 11 p.m. wind-down routine. I ended up listening to a 3 hour true crime series about a stolen forklift, which somehow became my new sleep signal. Has anyone else had to completely rebuild their pre-sleep phone habits after a shift change, or am I the only one whose brain now hears police scanners and thinks 'bedtime'?
