That one awful night when my phone auto-updated at 2am

Had a perfect wind-down playlist going, 12 minutes in, and then the app store decided to run 8 updates at once. Screen went bright white, audio cut out, and my whole sleepy vibe just vanished. Anyone else get rage-filled when your phone ruins the only thing that's been working for you?

I read somewhere that software companies purposely schedule updates for like 3am to avoid peak usage times, but they never account for people who are still awake or have their phones sitting right next to their face. My old phone did the same thing during a podcast about sleep hygiene, which is honestly the most ironic thing that's ever happened to me. The worst part is you can't even pause the update once it starts, so you just sit there watching the progress bar crawl while your entire relaxation plan falls apart.
