The 2am podcast habit that flipped my sleep around
I used to scroll TikTok for an hour before bed, but after three straight nights of 1am doomscrolling I tried a friend's suggestion of putting on an old radio drama at low volume. The difference was night and day, my brain finally had something to track other than my own racing thoughts. Anyone else swap screen time for audio stories, or am I the only one who needed a plot to fall asleep to?

Honestly, that hits so close to home. I did the exact same thing, TikTok until my eyes burned. Swapped it for old Hitchhiker's Guide audio, and it's like my brain finally got a bedtime story. Now I can't fall asleep without some plot to follow, it just settles the noise. Feels way less lonely too, like someone's talking to me instead of screaming for my attention. Really glad you found something that works, it's a game changer for sure.
