The hotel in Santa Fe had a 10 PM rule for my phone and I still can't decide if it helped
The front desk lady at the Motel 6 off Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe asked me to leave my phone on the nightstand after 10 PM and I slept great, but now I'm home wondering if the rule worked or if I just needed someone to tell me to stop doomscrolling, so which side are you on: rules that force a phone break or pure willpower?
