A customer's one comment changed how I do every bottom bracket job now
He said 'you're torquing it like it's a car, not a bike' during a creak complaint last March, so I started cleaning threads with a tap instead of just degreasing, and now I ask every rider if they want anti-seize or grease before I even spin the cups in, anyone else find that simple questions save you the most time?
