Lots of shops think standing all day is enough exercise... my physio says we're all setting ourselves up for pain.

Used to believe that too until my physio explained the long-term pain it causes.

My old trainer always said some pain just means you're working hard. I mean after 15 years lifting heavy pipes, my back feels fine doing things they say to avoid. Maybe some bodies just handle stress different ways.
