I found out The Wire's first season is only 13 episodes and I'm kind of annoyed
I started watching The Wire last week after a buddy at work kept bugging me about it for like 6 months. I was ready to settle in for a long haul, but then I looked it up on my phone during lunch and saw season one is just 13 episodes. I finished it in 4 days, which honestly felt too fast for how deep that show goes. Now I'm scared to start season two because I heard it switches everything up and I don't want it to end so quick again. Does the shorter season thing get easier to deal with, or should I just pace myself this time?
