Is it normal to have a show on repeat for like 6 months?
I just realized I've watched The Office through 4 times this year according to my Netflix account stats. Anyone else have that one show they just can't seem to quit?

oh man, I read somewhere that comfort watching is actually a coping mechanism or something. Like your brain just wants the familiar characters and jokes when life gets stressful. I've had Parks and Rec on rotate for like two years straight so I feel this deeply haha.
