Just realized that watching shows with subtitles on killed my phone habit
I used to scroll through my phone during every episode and miss half the plot, so I'd rewatch stuff and never finish anything. About 6 weeks ago I turned subtitles on for a show I was hooked on and my eyes stayed on the screen the whole time, no phone breaks at all. Now I actually finish a season in about a week instead of a month, which is great but also kind of a problem. Does anyone else find that subs make it way harder to look away?
