Looking back, I should have known that show would get axed after one season
Now I wait until a series is done before I even think about starting it.

Streaming services basically train us to wait now. Their own algorithms cancel good shows fast, so fans get paranoid. Makes you not trust any new series until it's already wrapped for good. Netflix is the worst for this honestly.

What exactly are you calling "that" here? Like when people use the same life hack for cooking, cleaning, and their job? Using a pomodoro timer for work calls, doing dishes, and even reading feels like overdoing it. Is the point that it becomes a one-size-fits-all fix that stops working? Are you seeing that with a specific tool or idea?
