My cat knocked a whole stack of unboxed expansions off the shelf and it took me 3 hours to sort them back by release date.

I spent that time checking boardgamegeek for correct release years on each one, had to redo it twice because I missed a few promos mixed in, anyone else lose a whole afternoon to re-sorting after an animal attack?

Snagged some plastic page protectors and a binder from the dollar store. Now the expansions live in there with dividers labeled by year. Takes five minutes to fix if something gets knocked over.

Patricia has the right idea there. My cat once "helped" during a game of Carcassonne, and I ended up with a farmer stuck in a city he had no business being in. Still finding little teeth marks on some of those tiles.
