Man, when things hit that level of bad, you need a solid game plan. I've been there, and the key is to prioritize ruthlessly. Like, forget about the small stuff and zero in on what's actually burning. It's easy to get distracted by noise, but that's how you lose focus. Just tackle one thing at a time and communicate clearly with everyone involved.

Oh man, that reminds me of my buddy's startup meltdown last year. They were trying to fix everything at once and the whole thing almost fell apart. He finally just picked the one broken payment system and told the team to ignore all other bugs for a week. Saved the whole launch.
