Spent 4 hours trying to teach my group how to play Root and we still ended up just making up rules
Finally unpacked Root last Saturday with three friends who all claimed they 'get complex games' and after a full afternoon of flipping through the rulebook and arguing about woodland alliances we just started rolling dice to resolve everything, anyone else have a game night totally derail because nobody wanted to read the manual?
