TIL that $45 "deluxe" card sleeves kit was just 50 sleeves and a plastic box
I grabbed a starter kit at my local shop in Portland two weeks back because I wanted to protect my copy of Wingspan before game night. Got home and opened it up. Fifty sleeves total, and half of them did not even fit the cards right, they were way too loose. For $45 I could have just ordered 200 proper sleeves online and had money left for a coffee. Anyone know a brand that actually fits standard euro cards without the cards sliding around in there?

Forty five bucks for fifty loose sleeves and a box is basically paying for the privilege of being disappointed. Sounds like the shop just repackaged a ten dollar bulk order and slapped "deluxe" on the label. I have had good luck with Dragon Shield for standard euro cards, they fit snug and do not slide around.
