That weld test in Gary taught me to check my leads first
Last Tuesday I failed a 6G cert test twice before realizing my ground lead had a loose lug, cost me the whole afternoon redoing coupons. Anyone else burned a day on a simple connection issue before checking the machine itself?

Ground lead gremlins get us all at some point, that's just the trade talking. Spent a whole shift once chasing a ghost arc only to find my stinger cable was twisted worse than my extension cord at home. At least the scrap pile got some fresh art out of it, right?
