Shoutout to my old book club for sticking with paperbacks over ebooks

Back in 2015 we had a huge debate about switching to Kindles for our monthly reads, but after three meetings with people forgetting chargers or arguing over highlights, we went back to paper. The smell of a worn-out page and everyone actually flipping to the same chapter made discussion so much smoother. Anyone else find that physical copies just keep conversations on track better?

Oh man, we had the exact same fight. We just kept a spare power bank in the club box and it fixed everything.

Same here, that little backup battery saved us from so many arguments on game day.

Yeah, we did the same thing. @drew_reed62 is right, that spare battery kills so many arguments before they even start. We just keep it plugged in behind the bar now and nobody even thinks about it.
