Tell me about it! I used to work under a single sad ceiling bulb for years, thinking I was just toughing it out. Turns out I was just giving myself brutal headaches and squinting like an idiot. My big upgrade was just getting a decent desk lamp, nothing fancy. The difference was honestly wild, like I'd been trying to read in a cave before. So yeah, good light isn't just nice, it's basically a requirement.
