The fern wall at the Franklin Park Conservatory got me thinking about how plants pick their spots
Went to the conservatory in Columbus on a slow Tuesday and spent 20 minutes just watching the ferns on that big rock wall, and they've clearly sorted themselves into little zones based on how much water drips down. Anyone else noticed how a single wall can hold like 4 different microclimates once the moss moves in?
