This week all my indoor plants got aphids at once

I walked into my living room on Tuesday and saw little green bugs crawling on my coleus, my pothos, and my little jade plant all at the same time. Apparently they hitched a ride in from a nursery plant I brought home last weekend near the downtown garden center. Took me about 2 hours with soap spray and a q-tip to clean them all off, has anyone else dealt with a sudden infestation like that?

Oh man, SAME thing happened to me last spring. I brought home a little fern from the Home Depot and within THREE DAYS my whole shelf was infested with those little green jerks. I spent a whole Saturday morning with a spray bottle of neem oil and a toothpick picking them off my spider plant and my rubber tree. The WORST part was they somehow got into my peace lily's soil too, so I had to repot the whole thing. I still check every new plant like a hawk before I bring it inside now, learned that lesson the Hard way.
