Shoutout to that random Tuesday in Portland when everything went right
I was driving delivery shifts near the Hawthorne Bridge and somehow hit every single light green for like 20 minutes straight. Then I got a $12 cash tip from a guy who just said "keep the change" and walked off before I could say thanks. My lunch break was at this taco cart on Division Street where the guy gave me an extra carnita for free because I was his first customer of the day. Later that afternoon I found a parking spot right in front of a drop off on a street that's usually packed. It felt like the universe was just giving me a break for once, you know? Has anyone else had one of those days where everything just clicks while you're traveling or working on the move?

Ngl I once found a $20 bill in a puddle and thought I peaked as a person.

Can't argue with that, finding unexpected cash is a weird kind of life achievement. For a few minutes you feel like the universe finally cut you a break, but then you realize it's just a soggy bill. It's a small win, but in my experience those small wins are the only ones that really stick with you. Your mileage may vary, but I'd take a puddle twenty over a lottery ticket any day.
