Showerthought: that $12 airport sandwich isn't the real budget killer
I used to pat myself on the back for packing snacks and skipping the $12 terminal sandwich, then I looked at my last trip to Lisbon and the ATM fees plus the bad exchange rate at the airport kiosk ate $60. Now I pull cash from a bank machine in town on day one and pay the $5 fee once. Does anyone else track the small money leaks instead of just the obvious ones?
