$39 flights usually have $90 in hidden fees though.

Yeah I read somewhere the fees are how airlines make all their money now.

Had a buddy book one of those $39 deals once. Turned out the seat selection, carry-on bag, and boarding priority added up to nearly double. He swore never again and now just drives anywhere under five hours.
