The airport water bottle trick I learned in Denver saved me $30
Last month I was stuck at Denver International for a 4 hour layover and got thirsty. Paid $4.50 for a bottle at the kiosk, then saw a guy refilling his from the fountain near gate B25. Now I pack an empty collapsible bottle everywhere and fill up after security. Anyone else doing this or got another way to skip the overpriced airport drinks?

The real hack is hitting up those airport bartenders for free tap water, not just the fountains. Half the time they're slammed and just hand you a cup without even charging, and you can ask for a few ice cubes to make it last. Plus you're already past security so you can grab a seat and hydrate while watching people sprint to their gates. Works way better than hauling a bottle around all day, especially if you're one of those folks who forgets the thing is empty until you're already in the terminal.
