Took a $12 airport shuttle in Mexico City instead of the $35 taxi, and it actually got me there faster
The taxi line at Benito Juarez was 45 minutes deep last month while the shuttle left every 10 minutes and dropped me two blocks from my hostel, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had a shared ride beat a private one on both time and money.

Try getting that shuttle at 5am with three suitcases when it stops running and see how you feel.
