TIL I cut my grocery bill from $640 to $390 a month just by shopping Sunday nights
I started going to the Kroger on High Street here in Columbus at 8pm on Sundays because that's when they mark down all the meat and bakery stuff that expires in a day or two. Three months in and I'm saving $250 a month, I just freeze whatever I won't eat in two days. Anyone else have a specific time that works way better than the rest of the week?
