Drew a whole month of habit tracking before realizing I counted the days wrong
I was setting up my September layout last week and got really proud of my habit tracker. Had all 30 days drawn out in neat little squares, color coded and everything. Then I went to check my calendar app and realized September only has 29 days this year. I sat there staring at my page for a good 5 minutes feeling like an idiot. The weirdest part is I found out about the 29 day thing from a random Reddit post about leap year quirks. Has anyone else ever messed up a basic count like that?

Wait, you mean September only has 29 days this year? I totally missed that too and now I have to redo my whole tracker. I did something similar back in March when I spent two hours drawing out 31 days for my mood tracker and then realized March only has 30. The worst part is I had already colored in some moods for the imaginary 31st day so I had to scribble over it and pretend like I planned it that way. At least with the 29 day thing you can just cover up one square or label it as a rest day or something.

The whole "pretend like I planned it that way" part is totally me haha. I once drew out 31 squares for a habit tracker in April and when I realized my mistake I just colored the last one in with a sad face and called it a "mental health day." Now I literally screenshot the actual calendar on my phone before I draw anything because I cannot be trusted to remember months.

The scribbling over the imaginary day is such a mood. I did the same thing with a mood tracker once, ended up turning the extra box into a little flower doodle just to cover my mistake. Now I double check the calendar like three times before I commit to any layout.
