I thought mood trackers were just for Instagram but tried one anyway
I used to roll my eyes at those color-coded mood tracker spreads because they seemed like a waste of space. But I started one in March after a rough month where I couldn't figure out why I felt drained. After 90 days of tracking, I noticed a clear pattern that my worst days were always Tuesdays when I had back-to-back site visits. Now I schedule lighter work on Tuesdays and it's actually made a difference - has anyone else found a tracker that surprised them?

I mean it's not that deep for me honestly. I just track my moods and don't really look for patterns or rearrange my life around it. It's just a quick way to notice if I'm having a bad streak.

That's actually wild how much of a difference it made for you! I totally get the whole Tuesday thing because I did the same thing with my mood tracker and realized Fridays are my absolute doom days. It's like my brain knows the weekend is close and just decides to crash early. Now I make sure to grab coffee with a friend on Thursday nights to reset and Fridays are way more chill now. Its crazy how a simple color chart can literally reroute your whole week.

Flip it around - maybe you're just confirming your own bias by looking for patterns that aren't really there. I tried the color chart thing for two months and couldn't find any real trend except that I'm grumpy when I don't sleep well. Ended up stressing more about what color to pick than actually feeling better. Sometimes a bad day is just a bad day, not a clue from the universe.
