So I read that adding a 'brain dump' section actually cuts down on wasted pages
I was scrolling through some blog last night about bullet journal methods and the writer mentioned using a dedicated brain dump area right after the index. At first I thought it sounded like a waste of space, but I tried it this week with a two-page spread in my A5. I just scribble down random thoughts, grocery items, and worries that pop up during the day instead of cluttering my daily log. It honestly kept me from flipping back and forth or rewriting stuff on sticky notes. I ended up using less pages than usual for my weeklies because I wasn't cramming every little thing in there. Has anyone else found a spot for unfiltered notes that helped keep your main spreads cleaner?

Brain dump pages are life changing. Keeps your daily log from looking like a disaster.

Totally agree with @milaw14 on that. I used to try keeping everything in one daily log and ended up with chicken scratch and crossed out lines everywhere, it was a mess. Now I just throw all my random thoughts onto a separate page first before moving anything to my main journal.
