The old stationery shop on 5th still has the same layout as 15 years ago

Went back to my hometown this weekend and stopped by the shop where I bought my first dotted notebook back in 2010. The owner, same guy, remembered me and pointed out the exact shelf where they keep the A5s. It got me thinking how my whole system has shifted from written only to a mix of apps and paper, but that store never changed a thing. Anybody else have a place that feels frozen in time while your own setup keeps evolving?
