Almost blew our expansion because we forgot to test payment processing

When we opened our second location, online orders kept failing at checkout. I realized the new payment gateway wasn't integrated properly after checking the error logs. How do you guys handle payment system tests before launching new services?

Question if it's really a full blown crisis though. A few failed test payments happen all the time and you caught it in error logs. Just fix the integration and run another quick test, it's usually not the end of the world.

Wait, how did you even break it during a test? That sounds like a huge mess to clean up after. Mock sales are supposed to catch problems, not create them.
