Am I the only one whose old boss said charge 30% more and it actually worked?
When I ran a 4 person landscaping crew in Boise back in 2019, my old boss Gary told me to raise my quotes by 30% and stop chasing cheap jobs. Half of me thinks he just wanted fewer clients to manage, but we landed better jobs within 2 months. Did raising prices ever backfire on you, or did it just bring in a better kind of client?
