Hit 100k in revenue this year. Been at this 3 years.

Started my concrete business out of a truck in 2021. Just me and a mixer. Last month I finally hired my second guy. It's not huge money but it's steady. Had a few months where I barely broke even. Stuck with it though. Anyone else have that moment where it finally felt real?

Man that moment when it finally clicks is huge. I had a landscaping business years ago and the first time I could actually pay myself something decent after covering all the costs it felt like I could finally breathe. 100k is nothing to sneeze at either, especially starting out of a truck like that. Idk how you stuck with it through those tough months but that grit is what makes it work in the end. Happy for you man, that's a real milestone.
