I was dead set against hiring a virtual assistant until I tried one for $200

I run a small landscaping business here in Austin and I was always like 'I can't trust someone I never met with my scheduling and client emails.' But after missing three leads in one week last spring I caved and hired a VA from a service my buddy recommended. First month she saved me 12 hours I used to waste on admin stuff. Now I'm actually out on jobs more and my revenue ticked up maybe 15 percent. Has anyone else changed their mind about something like this after giving it a shot?

Yeah the "can't trust someone I never met" thing hit home for me. I was the same way with bookkeeping for my auto shop until I tried a remote bookkeeper for $150 a month. First week I had them sort out my receipts and QuickBooks mess from the last six months and it was worth every penny. I still handle the money stuff myself but now I just send them all the paperwork and they organize it, saves me about 5 hours a week easy.

wait $150 a month for bookkeeping? that seems crazy cheap unless they're just doing data entry. most legit bookkeepers i know charge at least $300-500 for a small business, especially if they're sorting out six months of mess. maybe double check they're actually certified or something lol
