Just realized my business partner was right about pricing all along

I had a chat with my old college roommate last Tuesday who runs a landscaping company in Phoenix. He told me I was leaving at least 15% on the table every month by not raising my rates for loyal clients. It stung because I thought keeping prices low built trust, but he showed me his numbers and his retention was actually better after he raised prices. Has anyone else had a similar wake-up call about undervaluing their work?

Does loyal mean cheap in your book?

Nope, loyal means they show up when it counts, not that they pay your bills.
