My landing page was getting 200 visits a week with zero conversions
I spent 6 months tweaking colors and button sizes (my designer brain couldn't help it) before a friend in sales told me to just add a simple before-and-after photo. Switched it out last Friday and suddenly got 3 inquiries in one day from the same page. What small change made a big difference for you?

Bet you could double it by hiding the form field count.

Hide the form field count" - like from the user or just visually on the backend? Are you saying people convert more when they can't see how many steps are left?
