Overheard a guy at the coffee shop yesterday saying his 'growth hack' was just calling 10 past customers every single morning. That's it. No fancy software, just his phone and a list. Kinda blew my mind.

Wait, are you saying basic customer service doesn't count as growth? @tara793, that's the whole point. Most companies fail at the simple stuff. Doing the basics well is the actual hack because so few bother. It builds real loyalty, which drives word of mouth. Treating service as a growth tool is what separates the brands that last from the ones that fade.
