Can we talk about how legal docs changed after that one incident?

I was at a small business workshop in Austin back in 2018. A guy stood up and told a story about how he lost a 40k contract because his terms page had a typo in the arbitration clause. Ever since then I triple check every single line in my own agreements. Any of you got a similar wake up call from a real life example?
