I finally saw the number of pages in our standard client contract

It's 48 pages long, which seems like a lot for a simple service agreement. Has anyone else found a way to streamline theirs without missing key protections?

48 pages is wild lol, but half of that is probably just legal fluff anyway.

Our design firm's contract was 52 pages before we trimmed it. The legal stuff isn't fluff, it's often for specific liability or payment scenarios. We got it down to 30 pages by having our lawyer remove redundant clauses.
