Picked the cheap LLC filing service over a lawyer and now I'm stuck on one clause
Needed to get my LLC papers filed in Ohio back in March and it came down to a $99 online service or paying a local lawyer $850. I went with the cheap one to save money and of course the operating agreement it spit out has this insane clause about member removal that makes no sense for a two person shop. Now my partner and I are arguing over it and the lawyer wants $300 just to look at what we already signed. Anyone deal with one of these template services and just fix the bad parts themselves?
