Question about a weird clause my lawyer found in a vendor contract

My lawyer, after reviewing a standard supply agreement for my bakery, pointed out a clause that said we'd owe $500 if we ever served them a muffin on a Tuesday, which made me completely rewrite our boilerplate to check for joke terms hidden in the legalese.
