That Tuesday my LLC paperwork got rejected for a dumb typo

I spent like 3 months getting everything ready for my dog grooming business in Portland. Sent in my LLC formation docs and got them kicked back because I wrote 'L.L.C' instead of 'LLC' on page 4. Cost me $35 and an extra 2 weeks of waiting. Has anyone else had the state secretary nitpick tiny stuff like that?

Oh man, the font size thing got me. I once spent like 3 hours laying out a homebrew label only to realize the alcohol content wasn't in the right spot. Had to peel all 24 bottles and start over. Your mileage may vary but I swear those rules are pickier than my old boss about margins on a memo.
