Clamped a door frame wrong and it cost me a whole afternoon in Tulsa

I was rushing to finish a kitchen job last Tuesday and clamped a face frame out of square. Wound up having to shave 3/16 off every panel door to get them to close right. Has anyone else had a clamping mistake spiral into a whole day of fixes?

Did you check the frame for square before you started clamping?

Are you sure it was the clamp and not just rushing through the setup?
