My domino cutter jammed mid-job and I almost lost it
Was working on a set of kitchen cabinets Tuesday and the Domino cutter locked up halfway into a mortise. Turns out I hadn't blown out the dust from the previous job and a chip got wedged in there. Anyone else run into this or is it just me being sloppy?

Dude, same thing happened to me last month. I started blowing out the dust port with compressed air after every few cuts and it hasn't locked up since.

Ngl I think the real issue is how we store the tool between jobs. I keep mine in the systainer but never clean out the little crevices before putting it away. That dust settles and dries in there then gets packed tight when you fire it up next time. I started hitting mine with compressed air AND a quick vacuum before storage. Hasn't jammed since. Also check the depth stop mechanism, that thing collects sawdust like crazy.
