Passed 500 custom drawer boxes in my shop this week

Didnt even realize I'd hit that mark until I counted back through my invoices for last 3 years, and honestly its weird how something that felt so tedious at first just became muscle memory now anyone else track their numbers like this?

Count backwards through your receipts just like you did, its the only way to get a real picture. I keep a simple spreadsheet now where I log each job with a date and a count, saves me from digging through invoices later. The tedium fades faster than you'd expect, especially when you start recognizing repeat shapes and sizes without measuring twice. Tracking numbers like that helped me see which designs I should keep in stock versus which ones I should stop offering. It really does become automatic after a while, like driving the same route to work every day.
