Pro tip: Stop using the wrong screw bit for cabinet hinges

I watched a guy strip out three hinge screws yesterday using a standard Phillips instead of a Pozidriv bit. It takes 5 seconds to check the head before you start, and it saves you a whole lot of cursing on a $1,200 cabinet order. Has anyone else seen this mess up a job site?

Hang on though... is it really that common? I've been doing cabinets for years and just use whatever bit fits tight and haven't had issues.

Just use whatever bit fits tight" - I used to think same until a collet failure wrecked my day. Changed my mind fast.

Had a collet fly apart on a router table years ago. Still find little bits of plastic in weird places.
